Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Nomad-Developer (“we”, “us”), the operator of NomadWealth, covering your use of the nomadwealth.app website and your purchase and use of the NomadWealth software. By deploying the software or buying a license you accept them.

NomadWealth is self-hosted software: you deploy it to your own Vercel account and connect your own Neon Postgres database. We provide the source and the license key — we do not host your deployment, hold your data, or have any access to either. Lite is free, with published caps. Pro is unlocked by a one-time paid license key.

A Pro license grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to self-host and use NomadWealth for your own personal use (including a shared household deployment). The source is available for you to read and modify for your own deployment. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the software or your license key, offer NomadWealth (modified or not) as a service to others, or share license keys publicly. Keys found leaked, resold or charged back may be revoked.

You supply and pay for your own infrastructure (Vercel, Neon, optional API keys) under those providers' own terms. Your data lives only in your database — you are responsible for backups and for access to your own accounts. We cannot recover data or credentials we never had.

Payments are processed by Stripe in EUR; prices include applicable VAT where Stripe collects it. Every Pro purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee — see the refund policy. After a refund your license key is deactivated; your data remains in your own database, always.

Updates are free for the life of the product and are delivered as source you choose to deploy. Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis by email and the feedback page; no response-time commitment is made on the self-host tier.

NomadWealth is a record-keeping and visualization tool. Nothing it computes or displays — including projections and the year-end tax pack — is investment, tax or financial advice. Verify figures with a qualified professional before acting on them.

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects the consumer rights you hold under the law of your country of residence.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting your mandatory consumer protections at home.
