Refund Policy

Every NomadWealth Pro purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. You set the product up on your own infrastructure before you see its full value — so if it turns out not to be for you, email hello@nomadwealth.app from the address you paid with, within 30 days of purchase. No forms, no questions, no “retention offer” call.

Refunds are issued in full through Stripe to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your license key is deactivated once the refund is issued.

Nothing — and that's the point. Your data lives in your own Neon database and never touched our systems, so a refund deletes nothing. Your deployment keeps working on the free Lite tier, and you can export everything at any time.

This guarantee is broader than, and does not limit, your statutory withdrawal and consumer rights under EU and UK law.
