Privacy Policy

NomadWealth is a product you self-host, not a service you log into. Your financial data — holdings, property, loans, income — is stored in your own database, on your own infrastructure, and never reaches us. This policy therefore covers only what little data the nomadwealth.app website and the purchase flow handle.

NomadWealth is operated by Nomad-Developer (“we”, “us”). For anything privacy-related, email hello@nomadwealth.app.

The public website at nomadwealth.app (landing page, demo, comparison pages) and the purchase flow. It does not cover your own self-hosted NomadWealth deployment: there, you are the only controller of your data. The app ships no analytics on financial values and no error reporting with data payloads; the only optional network call to us is a license revocation check that sends nothing but the opaque license key. Analytics and ad measurement (consent only). With your explicit consent via the cookie bar, we load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) to understand page traffic and — if you arrived from an ad — which campaign brought you here. Decline (or ignore) the cookie bar and nothing loads: no cookies, no requests. You can change your choice any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

Mailing list. If you join the early-access list we store your email address, used only to send product updates and launch offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Feedback and support. If you use the feedback form we receive what you write, plus your email address if you include one, used only to respond.

Purchases. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. From Stripe we receive your name, email address and purchase details, which we use to generate your license key and email it to you (sent via Resend). We keep purchase records as required for accounting and tax law.

Server logs. The website is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard, short-lived request logs (IP address, user agent) for security and operations.

Your financial data, your bank logins, the contents of your database, or anything from inside your self-hosted deployment. We hold no credentials to your Vercel account or your Neon database — by design, we cannot access them.

Analytics run on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); purchases and license delivery on contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); accounting records on legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)); responding to feedback on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). We keep mailing-list emails until you unsubscribe, support threads for up to 2 years, and purchase records for the period required by tax law.

Stripe (payments), Google (analytics, consent-gated), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), and the form service that receives mailing-list and feedback submissions. Each receives only the minimum described above.

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@nomadwealth.app and we'll act on it. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

If this policy changes materially we'll update this page and the date above. The current version always lives at nomadwealth.app/legal/privacy.
